Return & Refund Policy

Because all of our products are made to order through a print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Wrong size ordered

Incorrect color choice

Buyer’s remorse

Each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days if:

The item is damaged

The item is defective

You received the wrong item

If there is a manufacturing issue or an error on our side, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom-made nature of print-on-demand products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

EU Customers

For customers in the European Union, please note that under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items. Since our products are made on demand specifically for each order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation and return right.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered for items that are:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrectly fulfilled

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
